Togor is an important and popular flower in Assam households. It is synonymous with the spring season. When in bloom, the sweetly fragrant flower scents up the entire premises. In Assam, Togor flowers are a delicacy. We collect the withered yellowish flowers and cook crunchy fritters. They are yum.
